If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or you believe you have been sent the wrong product, you can request a return/refund if the item is unused and in the original condition you received it.

Seedsman Vapes will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned product, providing it is in the condition stated above.
If you believe that your product is faulty and is within the product warranty time period, you can request a replacement product through our customer service team.
To ensure that the product is faulty, we will require you to give us as much information about the issue as possible, including a video upload showing the relevant fault/s.
How Do I Return an Item?
Simply email our customer service team to let us know why you are returning the item and to receive details of where to send the item.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original unused condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened (seal broken) or are not in original condition. All returned items must be unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Faulty or Defective Items
It is your responsibility as the customer to thoroughly check each item that you order from us upon receipt, and to report any breakages or damage in transit within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
Glass or quartz items should be thoroughly inspected for damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt, as these items cannot be returned once used. We will replace any items reported as broken or damaged in transit so long as we are notified within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
We are unable to refund payments for items that are not reported as broken or damaged in transit within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
If there were no faults upon the receipt of your product but you encounter any issues after subsequent uses, please ensure that you check the product warranty, which can be found on our website.
If the fault falls within the warrantee timings and specifications, we will replace your product. You will not be required to send us back the faulty product.
